Before-and-after results from vein procedures at TCA.

Our vein center team performs in-office procedures to treat varicose veins, spider veins, and venous insufficiency. The gallery below shows before-and-after comparisons for common procedures performed at TCA.

Individual results vary based on condition, treatment type, and patient health factors. Comparisons shown are illustrative. Consult your physician to understand what outcomes may be realistic for your specific case.

Venous closure therapy

VenaSeal Closure System

VenaSeal uses a medical adhesive rather than heat to seal the treated vein. Results develop progressively as the targeted vein closes and blood flow redirects through healthier vessels.

Spider vein injection treatment

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy uses an injected solution to close targeted veins, which then fade over several weeks. Multiple sessions may be needed depending on the number and location of veins treated.

Minimally invasive vein removal

Microphlebectomy

Microphlebectomy removes varicose veins through very small skin openings. Most patients see a reduction in visible bulging veins and relief from symptoms like heaviness and aching.

Heat-based venous closure

Radiofrequency Ablation

Radiofrequency ablation delivers controlled heat through a catheter to close the diseased vein and redirect blood flow. Recovery is typically fast, with most patients resuming normal activity the same day.
